The following Booking Terms and Conditions apply to individual bookings ONLY (please call our 0800 number for any Group Booking with 3 rooms or more enquiries)

Reservation Policy
Credit card details are required to confirm all bookings. Your credit card will be Pre-authorised for guarantee booking.

Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of arriving.

Cancellation Policy
For Studio and One-bedroom Apartment, If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee may be charged.
For Two-bedroom Apartment, If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee may be charged.
If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
No cancellation for long-term booking over 10 days.
No cancellation and changing for group booking with 3 rooms or more.
No cancellation on public or school holiday.
No cancellation on Fieldays in Hamilton or Special Event Days

Refunds
Please note that failure to adhere to the property policies may result in eviction, with no refund given. Additional cleaning costs may be also applied. Please learn more details of our regulations, policies and practices from our reception.

Payment Methods
Cedar Lodge Motel accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American express and JCB. Payments made by ETFPOS or Cash, a bond may be requested.

Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our Motel rooms. Management requests that guests respect and adhere to this policy at all times. Smoking in room shall incur a $50 charge to the guest's account. Guests shall pay any costs that will be used for cleaning the room.

Key Lost
A key lost or not returned shall incur a $50 charge to the guest's account.

ID
Current Drivers Licence or Passport is the only type of ID that we can accept.

Extend Stay
If you wish to stay over, please inform Reception by 10am to extend and pay in full.

Check-in & Check-out Time
Check-in time is from 14:00 to 20:00, Check-out time is 7:30 to 10:00. An extra charge may incur for any late check-out after 10:00.
